  A building than once lodged a market nowadays is a great botanical garden with handcrafted stained glass walls. The main subject of the “Cosmovitral” is the relationship between mankind and the universe. Its construction started in 1978 by the artist Leopoldo Flores and a team of about 60 local craftsmen, ending 3 years later.

The structure is conformed by 71 glass panels that create a 3000 m mural, considered as one of the largest in the world. The surface of the garden is about 3500 m with 400 different species of plats from Mexico, South America, Africa and Asia.
